Very much so. Everyone has personal things that must be conducted during the day. However, space at every location is prime, so regular lack of attendance would be frowned upon, and that space could be filled with another agent.
The training process depends largely on you. This is a unique business, and some new agents are off and running within a couple of days, while other new agents never understand or want to do this type of work.
Everyone associated with ACM is independent contractors, including the owner. That said, you will begin earning commissions from your first order.
This depends on how much time you invest in working and how efficient you are at the job. We have full-time agents that earn well into 6-figures, and we have part-time agents that earn a couple of hundred dollars a week.
The workweek is Monday through Sunday. We are furnished with sales reports from the companies we represent two weeks later on Tuesday. You are given a personal sales report that day, and you are paid for those orders the following Wednesday, then every Wednesday thereafter as long as you are producing orders.
